Delete Your Account
You can request deletion of your Kai account and associated personal data at any time. We will process your request within 30 days.
Account deletion is permanent. Once processed, your Kai account, conversation history, memories, check-ins, and profile data will be deleted from our active systems and cannot be restored.

We may retain certain records where required by law or where necessary for fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, tax, accounting, billing, or legitimate business purposes.
Email us directly
Email us from the address associated with your Kai account. Include "Delete my account" in the subject line. You do not need to provide a reason.

What is retained
We may retain certain records where required by law or where necessary for fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, tax, accounting, billing, or legitimate business purposes.
Subscriptions
Deleting your Kai account does not automatically cancel an active app store subscription. If you have a paid subscription, please cancel it through Google Play or the Apple App Store to avoid future charges.
